Using game errors/bugs

If you find an error or suffered/lost competitive advantages as a result of this error of the game, please include the following information into your request to support service:
1. The date and exact time of the incident (GTM +3). 
2. Location and coordinates (/ loc in game chat) in which the incident happened. 
3. The characters who took part. 
4. What is the bug / flaw of the game in your opinion. 
5. Reference to the source, which states that the situation you described is a bug, not part of the authentic gameplay. 
6. Screenshot.
